AlL ABOUT me:

I’m a dynamic leader with 20 years of experience leading in Sales, Operations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition and most recently, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). I currently serves as the Global DEI Talent Programs Leader at Intuit where I oversee strategy, implementation, and execution of programs designed to make Intuit an employer of choice for top diverse talent.

In addition, I was selected by Intuit’s CEO, Sasan Goodarzi and Chief Diversity Officer, Sheldon Cummings, to be a core member on the Racial Equity Advancement Leadership (REAL) Team. The REAL Team is made up of eight leaders with a mission to embed racial equity into Intuit’s core values, policies, and procedures.

Lastly, I serve as a Global Leader for Intuit’s African Ancestry Employee Resource Group (ERG) where my primary focus is on member development, giving back to local communities, and driving initiatives highlighting Black culture within the workplace. 

As a servant leader, I take pride in driving results with a team-first approach, cultivating meaningful relationships, and encouraging courageous conversations.

THE DETAILS:

Personal life: 

I’m married to LaTisha (2012), and we have three kids Kalena, Damari, and Danielle. I was born in East Orange, New Jersey then moved back to my mom’s native roots in Colorado with my two older siblings, Brandon and Kimberly. Although, I consider myself a Colorado native, I’ve lived in Florida, Utah, Washington, and Arizona. 

Fun facts: 

  • I love to travel with friends and family, it’s my recharge

  • My family’s favorite vacation destination is Aruba 

  • I love to fire up the grill. BBQ is my weekend therapy! 

  • I root for all Colorado sports teams, except the Denver Broncos.
