After playing professional football in the NFL, Damion transitioned into corporate America, where he discovered that the principles of high-performance teamwork translated directly into organizational success.
With 20+ years of experience leading Sales, Operations, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition at global brands like Intuit, Zillow, and Verizon, Damion has spent his career identifying the "blind spots" that prevent organizations from scaling effectively. He earned a Master's degree in Organizational Performance and Change to formalize what he learned on the field and in the boardroom: that transformation requires more than strategy—it requires people-centered clarity.
Today, Damion partners with Executive Teams to build frameworks that turn talent into a measurable competitive advantage, ensuring that as technology evolves, organizations evolve with it.

BEYOND THE BOARDROOM
Damion lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife LaTisha (married since 2012) and their three kids—Kalena, Damari, and Danielle. Born in East Orange, New Jersey, he moved back to his mom's native Colorado roots, though his career has taken him through Florida, Utah, Washington, and Arizona along the way.
When he's not partnering with executive teams, you'll find Damion traveling with family and friends (his favorite destination is Aruba), firing up the grill for weekend BBQ therapy, or strategically hoarding rewards points for that perfect rainy day. He's all-in on Colorado sports teams... with one exception: he bleeds red and gold for the San Francisco 49ers. And if you mention wings, tacos, or breakfast burritos, he's already on his way.
